What do I actually get for free?
The United Arab Emirates preview report — a static summary of the current week's demand and pricing picture. It is a link-type report rather than a Power BI dashboard, it never expires, and it is visible to every active member of your organisation. Free organisations cannot invite colleagues, so in practice that is you.
Which markets are covered?
The United Arab Emirates is live. Saudi Arabia is in preparation and shows as "coming soon" until the dashboards are published; when it opens you add it to your existing subscription rather than buying a second one.
How do seats work?
A seat is what lets one person open the reports. Basic includes one seat and Grow includes five; extra seats can be bought at AED 1,200 each per year. The owner and any administrator assign seats to members on the People screen, and a seat released by one person can be given to another immediately.
Who can change the plan and see the invoices?
The owner — the person who created the organisation — and anyone they make an administrator. Administrators have the same rights as the owner, including billing; the owner cannot be removed or demoted. Members see the reports and nothing else.
How do we pay?
By card through Stripe Checkout, annually in advance. Invoices, receipts, card changes and cancellation all live in the Stripe customer portal, which you reach from the Billing screen with "Manage in Stripe". We never store your card details.
How often is the data updated?
The platform is updated every week, with a monthly executive summary highlighting key market developments.
Can we export the data?
Reports are delivered as Power BI dashboards, so export is available exactly as far as Power BI allows for that report — typically the visual data behind a chart. There is no bulk data feed at this stage; if you need one, talk to us about Enterprise.
