Privacy notice
What personal data Leisure Pulse holds, why, and who processes it.
What we hold
Your name, work email address and job title; the organisation you belong to and your role in it; the invitations you sent or accepted; and a record of sign-ins and other security-relevant events on your account.
For paid subscriptions, Stripe holds the billing details and the payment method. Katalyst does not store card details.
Product analytics about how the service is used: the pages you visit, the buttons and links you click, the reports you open, errors the app runs into, and recordings of your sessions. Recordings mask the text shown in the portal and everything typed into forms. Analytics are linked to your account, your organisation, and your name and work email address.
Why we hold it
To give you access to the reports your organisation subscribes to, to let your organisation's administrators manage seats and people, to raise and record invoices, and to keep the account secure.
Product analytics are used to understand how the service is used, find and fix problems, and report usage to subscribing organisations.
Marketing email is sent only where you have asked for it, and every message carries an unsubscribe link.
Who processes it
Katalyst is the controller. The service runs on Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), Microsoft Power BI (report delivery) and PostHog (product analytics), each acting as a processor.
PostHog stores product analytics and session recordings in the United States, so that data is transferred outside the UAE and the European Economic Area.
Your rights, and how to use them
You can ask for a copy of the personal data held about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, or object to how it is used. Write to admin@katalystsco.com and a person at Katalyst will answer.
You can change your name and password yourself on the Account screen at any time.
