What Leisure Pulse is

Leisure Pulse is a subscription market-intelligence service operated by Katalyst. It provides demand and pricing intelligence for the leisure industry through dashboards delivered in your organisation's portal.

Access is granted to an organisation, not to an individual. Seats are pooled across the organisation, and the organisation's owner and administrators decide who holds one.

Subscriptions and payment

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance by card through Stripe Checkout. Invoices, receipts, payment methods and cancellation are managed in the Stripe customer portal. Katalyst does not store card details.

Prices are shown on the pricing page and confirmed at checkout before payment is taken.

Acceptable use

Reports and the data behind them are licensed for your organisation's own internal analysis and decision-making. They may not be resold, redistributed or published without Katalyst's written agreement.

Accounts and seats are personal to the individual they are assigned to and may not be shared.
